Okay so not a great start, should probably measure my cereal out in future, but feeling motivated and focused
Breakfast: crunchy nut cornflakes with chocolate, milk and a cup of tea
Mid-morning snack: banana and a cup of tea
Lunch: chicken and cheese ( 30g) omelet,with peppers and mushroom and lettuce
Afternoon snack: low calorie black forest cup cakes, (slimming world recipe).
3eggs
7tablesspoons seeetner
28g self raising flour
28g cocoa powder
Cherries
Whisk eggs and sweetener for about 5mins till light and fluffy fold in flour, cocoa power and Cherries bake for 15 mins at 170°
Dinner : chicken, swede carrot, potato, Broccoli
Evening snack: home made chargrill vegetable soup
I have also been drinking elderflower sparkling water and Pepsi max, I have had a good middle of the day was hardest boredom more than anything
