Day 2

Day 2 feeling positive, altho there's not much food in my house which makes it a bit hard. I have also been looking on pinterest for inspiration, there are loads of things on there about diet, positive thinking, exercise and loads more very easy to lose your day on there and I love the before and after pictures of people from dieting and exercise makes me believe it is possible if I set my mind to it. One of the most interesting things I read was to have a big breakfast, large lunch and tiny dinner which I am going  to try and do from tomorrow.

Breakfast: crunchy nut cornflakes with chocolate, again but it's all gone now, and a cup of tea

Mid-morning : a pear and a glass of juice

Lunch: bachelors Pasta and sauce and frozen cherries

Dinner: home made pizza, pepperion, onions, tomatoes, pepper and cheese,  then a butterfingers bar

Evening snack: mozzarella wrapped in bacon

Not the best end to the day, must try harder
